5 Fun Facts I've Learned from San Francisco Fashion Week

September 25, 2014

Yesterday the third day of San Francisco Fashion Week, and I've been asked to be one of the hosts for tonight's event, Fashion Bloggers Connect: Style & Beauty Series. This will take place at the General Assembly at 501 Folsom St in San Francisco, CA. I am honored, and excited to be able to share my ideas, and be a part of something so awesome.
I may not be an expert in Fashion, however, I do know quite a bit about Personal Style. The difference between the two was further explained by a panel of fashion tech experts last night at the Retail Tech Summit, an event that focused on today’s retail market; and posed the theory that San Francisco will eventually be the leader in not only the Tech world, but also in Fashion and Retail.
Here are a few things I've learned so far this week on Fashion & Personal Style:

1. Tailored suits look amazing on everyone:

2. Comfortable shoes are a style in themselves

3. Sustainability is more than a buzzword, its the style of life.

Clothing made with 100% recycled and found material

4. Stay Hydrated with stylish designer water

5. Heels are timeless, but don't try to walk everywhere in them. Take the new Lyft Plus

Hope to see you tonight at General Assembly for another fantastic evening.
